Halls of Fame The Midpark Alumni Association has now established "Halls of Fame" located in the east wing of Midpark High School. The purpose of these halls is to recognize outstanding Midpark Alumni who have distinguished themselves either while at Midpark or since graduation. Specific criteria have been developed to guide committees in their selection of candidates nominated for induction. Inductees are then announced annually to the community at separate awards banquets or ceremonies. Upon enshrinement these inductees serve in three important capacities. First, they represent the real impact of an education at Midpark to our community. Secondly, they demonstrate the contributions Midpark alumni make within our society. Finally, they also stand forth as examples to our current students of how they might one day distinguish themselves. To these ends we honor those men and women of Midpark High School and do proudly proclaim them as our finest! If you would like to nominate an alumnus for this honor, click here to download a PDF of the Berea School District nomination form (80K, requires Adobe Acrobat Reader). Simply print it out, fill it in, and mail it to the address listed at the bottom of the form. The next Hall of Fame Induction is scheduled for April 30, 2009.Nominate your favorite teacher! This year’s category is a secondary teacher/administrator. Nominations can be made for any category, and will be put on file. Nominations are due by December 1st, to be considered for the April 2009 event! CLICK HERE to download the nomination form (30K Word doc)! |
